Purpose of the service
ClairHeritage is an organising tool. It helps you inventory your estate and gather your heirs' wishes in order to propose a balanced distribution of your movable belongings.
What ClairHeritage is not
The service constitutes neither legal advice, nor tax advice, nor a notarial deed. The folder produced is not a will and has no enforceable legal value. The proposed distribution is an aid to a family decision, with no legal effect. For any official step, your notary remains the only competent contact.
